AFTER the success of a double promotion for their women and men in Leicestershire Road Running League, Fleckney and Kibworth Running Club start their preparations in earnest this week for higher competition.
They are starting a six-week programme of targeted training under the tag ‘Tough Girl Tough Guy’, which is being run at both elite and improver levels.

Last week the club sealed a deal to relaunch their kit with athletics wear provider Ron Hill International.

It has been confirmed that Fleckney and Kibworth will be co-hosting a LRRL winter race on Sunday, February 22. The Kibworth 6 will start and finish at Kibworth High School. The main promoter is Roadhoggs AC.
