HARBOROUGH'S five-times national junior champion Jimmy McCann topped the bill at Kettering School of boxing's latest dinner-show.
The 20-year-old used his height, reach and power to unanimously out-point dangerous Danny Woodgate from Sittingbourne at cruiserweight.

Now rated in the top 20 lightheavyweights in the British Isles, McCann looked comfortable as he unleashed his long jab and clusters of punches.

Muscular Woodgate (25) tried to lure the Harborough man on to the ropes but McCann blocked and countered superbly en route to an impressive victory.
